    Description

    This little hand made metal decoration is made from 2 small metal skewers with red, white and blue pennants of thin metal at the top and a metal banner edged with a twisted rope- like edging  with a hand written "I'd rather be SAILING" across it,  It's 6 inches across and 5 inches high. The paint on the flag at the right has some wear, and the red yarn used or a hanger at the top needs replacing.
