Description

Vintage muted earthtoned flat handwoven Indonesian Ikat Hinggi textile with border and short twisted fringe. Could potentially be used as a rug, blanket or wall hanging. Motif includes people, birds & animals. Feels like cotton yarn. Measures 42" wide x 64" long. 2" fringe.
Traditionally this is used as a men's garment and has two identical long panels sewn together in the middle.
Condition: Preowned, no flaws noted. Very bright, no wear noticed. Has some gathering into the border that might keep it from laying completely flat if used as a rug.
