Vintage koala tea cozy as shown, circa mid century. Sold as a tourist item some of these cozies were apparently made from kangaroo fur. This cozy looks to be real fur of some type, unlabelled so unable to confirm. Nose is definitely some sort of rubber material. Missing an ear as pictured. Holes on each end for teapot handle and spout. Lined with quilting as pictured. Great unusual item for tea cozy collectors. Measures 12" long by 11" high.
