Vintage Neck Tie
This beautiful tie was made by Butler Brothers Hanway! The red body is highlighted by a "hand-painted" multi-color pheasant/bird (I'm not an expert lol)! Tie measures approximately 48-3/4 inches long & 4-1/4 inches at it's widest point! Pre-owned and used, this one does have a few things I've tried to highlight in the photos - there is a small area of wear/holes just below the body of the bird (see 2nd photo); also, in the upper area there are a couple of small areas of wear on the left edge (3rd photo), there's also a small pinhole about an inch above the head of the bird as well. With that all said, this is still a great-looking, hard to find vintage tie, and still very wearable!!
From my 25-year, 1200-tie personal collection, these neck ties have been worn (sparingly) by myself over the past decades, and have been closet-hung when not being worn!
