Description
Leland “Lee” Payne was a cameraman for Disney Studios in the 1930’s. He passed away in 2000 at age 95 - here is a part of his obituary.…he fled the Depression to Southern California, where he found employment as an all-around technical consultant, go-fer, and cameraman for a fellow with a small dream factory, Walt Disney. He shot every frame of "Snow White", and worked on every color feature from "Flowers And Trees" to "Fantasia". He courted his second wife, fellow Utah refugee Maxine Herrick, in a little company car with Mickey Mouse painted on it.
The card is in very good condition with minimal edge wear. It has great color with a vibrant Micky Mouse caricature. There is ink writing on the back that does not show thru on the front of the card.
