    WHITE PIE BIRD 4" HIGH Excellent
    HISTORY: First used in Europe in 1700's. Not popular in US until 1900's.
    Placed in center of pie to prevent filling from boiling over,
    keeps the crust from sagging.
    Often a blackbird, referencing the nursery rhyme:
    "Four and Twenty Blackbirds baked in a pie."
