Very Good Condition, Fully Functional Necktie Restorer,
Appears to Function similar to a Clothes Iron, Heats up and is inserted into the widest part of the Tie!
Two Prong 110V Plug, with Fabric Covered (Insulated) Cord.
Original Package, is Definitely Showing it's age, with a Period Price Label still intact.
