    "Free" mail from USCG Base at Savannah GA. A 3 page letter on USO stationery is enclosed. The letter was machine cancelled at Savannah GA on Sep 14, 1943.
    The rear flap is sealed. The cover was slit open across the top. There are no postal markings on the back.
